Did not make sure product worked before sending out. Keyboard did not function.

They looked like refurbished computers they were scratched and dented

Very disappointed. Purchased for grandson for school. Now there is a delay while I find a new one. It came quickly but was unusable.

It’s not your fault to be honest but you are selling a useless product.

It was delivered quickly, but with the missing page keys, can't give 5 stars.

Quick delivery (2 day) and the Chromebook works. I would buy from this seller again.

Needs to check and ensure units are factory reset so it’s not locked to just one thing and need to check the cords

I didn't deal with the the company directly, but the item shipped fast and arrived as expected

I called and left a message about the problems and they have not returned my call.
