I love their yacon sweetened cocoa nibs, a little pricey but I think they're worth it.

Poor customer service. I made 2 attempts to reach this company, and never received a response. This arrived unusable. The poor packaging was torn open before it arrived. The inside of the shipping package was filled with green matcha powder. I can't consume a product that is already open when it arrives. But I'm mostly disappointed that no one responded to my inquiries.

It’s not the seller, it’s the tea!! Definitely not like any other ceremonial tea I’ve ever had from Japan! The packaging is great, the product? Otherwise, as it tastes no better than the culinary grade. Check up on your supplier!!!
