Let's start:
- Placed order for product on 10/19/2020 for Halloween. ETA was 10/27 or before
- Kept reviewing tracking and found my package was going somewhere else and showed delivered
- Contacted vendor via Walmart's procedures. No response. I receive a package with the eggs, but NO 288 mini glow sticks and it wasn't even the same tracking number listed on the order
- I sent another communication via Walmart's resolution page. ToyHub said the shipment was sent to a different addred. They would send a replacement and it would arrive sometime Nov.1-4th. I responded back that's not acceptable and to cancel my order as I needed it before 10/31. No response to my last communication
- 11/2/2020 - I sent another communication, ToyHub said they show I received the product. I informed them I received the wrong package, it's not even the same tracking number on my order. ToyHub said that they will send a replacement. I said no, I want a refund as I don't need it since it's AFTER Halloween and they messed up the order. ToyHub did not respond back after that.
- I left multiple communications via Walmart's resolution page and emailed the vendor, no response
- 11/8/2020 - I did the return process and took the 144 eggs to Walmart. No word from the vendor
- 11/12/2020 - No refund yet
I would NOT recommend this vendor. I cannot tell you if the product was good at all since I never received it. I ended up ordered some led ball lights and eggs from another online website that has given me a much better experience and communication. (the total was half the price of this product) Everyone knows which website I'm talking about.
