The delivery of the required part from its origin was delayed significantly. The urgency of the situation necessitated its immediate arrival, yet it took approximately a week to reach me. Upon receipt, the part failed to fit as intended.

Asked for information on product and got sent the same exact product info that’s on the item page. Basically taking to a bot and absolutely no help.

Got it on time and in good condition. Very nice versatile product. Limited to a single lithium ion battery but is still very powerful fan.

Flowers and leaves look on the cheaper side. Not as realistic as I had hoped. Low-grade. Very colorful, though.

it was never delivered it wasn't the seller it was the shipper they said it was delivered and it wasn't we have cameras we checked the cameras and it was not delivered

No shipping info for over a week. Then, it finally showed some movement. After a few days, it showed some Chinese symbols for 2 days. A few days later, these symbols were replaced by several question marks. And when you clicked on the delivery number, for 3 days it said " Sorry, this is the wrong number"!!! Well, it FINALLY came, was NOT worth waiting for. I would return it, but I'm not sure I'll live long enough for it to get back to where it came from.......
