I haven't talked to the seller. I received 3 scanes of Red Heart Navy yarn 7 oz. it should have been 14 oz. I never order sm. scanes I use too much. Plus a 7 oz is only $4 something I was charged $11.20 ea. $33.60 total. no shipping.
