I was home when I received notice that the item was delivered, but the item was never arrived. After giving it a week or so to see if it arrived, I contacted the seller letting him know that the item was never received despite having notification that it had. The seller continuously stated he'd take care of it, but never lifted a finger to reconcile the non delivery of the item I had paid for, instead he would respond with excuses telling me that he thought he'd refunded me, he'd look into it, he'd take care of it..., I finally told him that I did not want to write a poor review that I just wanted my money back but his intention was never one of integrity. Had I known I wouldn't have made the purchase and risk the exasperation and customer dissatisfaction I experienced and the months of being taken and lied to.

AVOID this seller - You have been warned. Risk buying from Jims Tvs at your own risk. I paid for the product and did not receive the product. The seller is unprofessional, does not follow up to email or contact and does not care if your product is not shipped even if you have paid in full and your account has been billed. I had ordered Nature's Answer Liquid Eye Care Max, Delicious Orange Strawberry, 8 fl oz (240 ml) on Oct 05, 2024 and its Nov 19, 2024 and the seller has not sent me the product. Only contact I received are "ill check today. jim" or "i am checking. i w2ill get bqack to you shortly" AND then NOTHING!!! So, clearly the shop is not managed professionally and so Risk buying from Jims Tvs at your own risk. I have shared my honest experience - buyers beware.

Seller "Dee and Jay the DJs" is attempting to not honor my refund due. The Yam Cream, they sold was rancid and had a scent that caused me to gag and almost vomit. So, applying it to my skin was not an option. Seller is only interested in repeating that the product was "sealed" when shipped. Ok, so you shipped a 'defective' product. After initial opening, the inner seal on top of jar was dislodged, completely soaked with cream and the cream had a horrific smell. Walmart has a return policy that this seller must honor. As for the Yam cream, I am unable to comment as it smelled too horrific to apply to anyone's skin. Will be purchasing from a different, better rated, seller.
