Terrible. Items say they're delivered, but they have not been. ive reached out to the seller, and Wal-Mart customer service has reached out on my behalf. No one has responded or given any solution.

I never received my order spoke with Walmart and they contacted the seller and I still haven’t received it

I ordered 4 bins and was charged for 4. They only sent one. The package was quite delayed. It was packaged well enough to protect the bin. Walmart is making it impossible to get refunded.

Awful service. Don’t recommend buying from them. They never delivered the product I bought from them and then proceed to lie about it. I never got an answer from them and Walmart couldn’t do anything about it because it’s a third party company.

I didn't like not receiving the shampoo. I would like to give this company a second chance by them contacting me soon and arranging a order for the shampoo. Other than the mistake with this order, the company is very professional.

My order did not arrive, but showed delivered. I received a text noting my items had shipped and just minutes afterward, received a text they had been delivered. We have cameras at our residence and there was no activity recorded during the time the items show delivered. Judging by the reviews of this third party seller (I am looking after the fact), this seller may be scamming Walmart and their customers. Another item of note/suspicion - The shipping label was created in Rhode Island on 1/12/24 and delivery shows in San Antonio, TX on 1/15/24. During an epic winter storm across the US. By USPS. Super sus.

Never even gotten the game wish I would have but money was tooken for nothing

I was sent the wrong tracking number for someone else’s item. When emailed them they said it was lost in transit but won’t provide me any tracking details to follow up with the delivery.
