Guangdong did a good job, although I would have liked to have seen safety cautions between a stacking ladder and a conventional one. Big differences even if with the same goal.

they sell it as a good ladder. maybe would hold a child but no one bigger

Took about a week and a half before it shipped from time of purchase. It appears to be well packaged as it arrived unscathed during shipping.

only had communications from Walmart. instructions need improvement.

Steam works good but all attachments are cheaply made and broke after 2 or 3 uses and floor attachment gives off rotten egg odor, rug attachment falls off, knob for water tank doesn't seal and leaks. I would love my $$ back or a replacement of a better steam mop.

i called as soon as i placed a order with these people for walmart and told them everyday for a week that the address i put in for the delivery was wrong and they wouldn't refund my money back or issue me another drill! i lost my money and the drill.
