They appear to lie a lot. They say they will accept returns but they refuse to authorize when taken up on their word. I now have 15 useless pairs of gloves all the wrong size. I am not sure why, since they do not include size or quantity on the order, only that I have ordered "gloves". Perhaps I checked a wrong box? There was no way to determine this in the final authorization step.
