Beautiful packaging, accurate description, arrived in perfect conditions. Turnaround time was minimal.

They packaged the items pretty well, its not their fault that the packaging box is bulky and doesn't fit their product.

Item appeared in a box perfect for it’s nice. Also in very good condition.

The item says with Chase and should glow in the dark. Even one of the product photos shows the glow in the dark feature. What I received was the ordinary version and I’m highly upset at getting the wrong product. Why would you promote an item as one version and send the wrong one?
