The items arrived on time as described. The seller needs to consider reinforcing the aluminum near the hole where the pole gets inserted or else no one will purchase this product because of aluminum strength failure.

The shipping text communications did not appear to come from Vispronet. It appeared to come from Walmart. Inaccurate and vacillating messages I read "shipped." It was delivered to my house by mail. Tracking information stopped completely after the first 7 days. 14 days was too long a time; it apparently sat at a shipping facility only 120 miles from my house. Someone needs to find out what happened ergo the much too long delay. Standard shipping is usually 10 days. Inaccurate text information turned out to be unreliable and so, inaccurate. Walmart needs to have more items sent to our local store. I could have had the product in hand at least a week earlier. To the company: if you say ship, then mean shipping Do not say "item shipped" It should be "item mailed." Really not happy with the confusion and inaccurate text information, and delivery time.
