I was disappointed with what I was told would be the delivery date. I was very confused by the Walmart texts with delivery and tracking information. I revived word that my item would be shipped. Then it was to have arrived "early." Then word that it was held up at a shipping site. Well, it might at some point been shipped. But that was not the case. I received it by mail on its original "Arrival By" date. Shipping and mailing are two different things. It caused my neighbors who were helping look for the item to make multiple trips to my house because tracking texts were not clear and not accurate. I recommend follow up. Why was my purchase apparently sitting in a holding facility? Why was it not delivered at the revised "early" time? Two weeks is far too long for something to arrive. Who exactly is behind "we're on it"? The product is a gift. It will travel as mailed. So which one was it: shipped or mailed??
