The item arrived damaged with the contents leaking out of the container due to the top nozzle having been broken off the top. Most of the product was still in the container, so I was able to use a nozzle from a previous bottle in order to be able to use the product. Walmart needs to learn how to properly ship items like this because putting a bottle with a nozzle at the top in a soft envelope is going to have these kinds of problems when it is shipped.

The last "toy" I bought worked one time. It was not from this company. They kept telling me they couldn't replace it. I told them I wanted my money back then. It took forever and a lot of emails before I was finally reimbursed. I received this "toy" quicker than they originally said and it has worked well unless it is actually supposed to be stronger than it is. I don't think that is the case.
