The Head and Shoulders was a purchase that I made simply to reach the $35 minimum order for free delivery. I typically buy generic shampoo and am satisfied with it. But, since the bird seed price was so good, saving me so much, I figured I'd go ahead and try the Head and Shoulders (to get a feel for how the rich people live).

My son loves this! He’s autistic so he doesn’t like doing much in the shower. So it’s an easy step for him and the smell helps me make sure all of his hair got washed and is clean! I think the men’s smell makes him feel more grown up, which I find adorable lol

Head and Shoulders is the only hair shampoo and conditioner we use. I have psoriasis and many others products bother me. He loves the combo of the Old Spice. I go back between Apple and coconut, also my dermatologist told me if it works on your head mix it w/body soap. It contains zinc, I have tried almost every kind, color and product that is out there. If you have any skin problems give it a try. I also buy the travel size for travel, and sometimes refill them to save money ❣️

Love the pump on this shampoo, no more grabbing a bottle, just push the pump and it comes right out, all the way to the bottom of the bottle ! Smells great, lathers up good and rinses clean !

Purchased for my Husband, He loves the scent- So do I. You can smell it for quite awhile. He said it feels pretty nice on his scalp/hair.

My husband and teens use this all the time. They used to like the apple scent head and shoulders but after trying this one, they like this one better. Works great as a 3-in-one and is (sadly given price) better than cheaper brands.

I have no problem with any of the products that I purchased .. the problem I have is that I was offered delivery. Your delivery process needs work, you are no Amazon !!! you offered next day delivery then I get an email that says that it was undeliverable it was returning the package to the store. Said it would contact me whether or not it was going to be delivered again never was contacted. Ended up going to the store three days later and my stuff was sitting in will call, never got a notice as to why it was never sent, one of the employees told me that they use a third party delivery service. Like doordash and companies of that nature. Probably will use your service again but will not be trying delivery anymore because you can't produce a good delivery. Picking up in the store is a good option but the problem is sometimes people aren't able to get to the store and are counting on you to deliver. don't offer delivery service if you can't perform the service.

Still have not yet received product. Communication of multiple delays have been received, but it’s extremely frustrating to be charged for a product that was guaranteed to be delivered that day and then not receive it for over 72 hrs.

i ordered this product through Walmart delivery. the cap was not tight and leaked all in the bag. never had issues before.
