The directions for assembly were not very good detailed instructions.however it was not too difficult to figure out. This item definitely makes my entry way much nicer and I don't have shoes thrown everywhere. Definitely worth the purchase.

I felt overwhelmed by all of the pieces but once I got organized it was easy to assemble. I am sad with the number of shoes I can actually fit in there. I don't have little feet but they aren't extra large either. I wish I had room for another one.

I ended up ordering two of these. I love how convenient the storage is and it ended up being a nice grounding element under the television. The drawers are a plus. The only negative aspect is one of the pieces was cracked when it arrived however, it's not a structural piece and so I didn't bother returning it and I don't think it's very noticeable 10 out of 10 would buy again.

It was a time consuming process to put it together but it wasn't difficult. Once completed, it looks beautiful and functions incredibly well.

Terrible customer service and the assembly is a nightmare. Missing holes, a variety of board lengths, having to use force and wood glue to somewhat build. Cutting my losses after asking for a refund and being told I slid the back boards in wrong. AWFUL!

I would not recommend this shoe cabinet. The door fell off almost immediately because the screws provided are far too short to hold securely. At first, I thought I could replace them with longer screws, but the doors are so thin that longer screws would just go straight through the surface. The material is particleboard, which doesn't provide any real strength or durability, and the design simply isn't built to last. For something that gets opened and closed every day, this cabinet feels flimsy and very poorly made. If you need a functional, reliable shoe cabinet, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Upon opening the product to assemble, found 3 boards broken. Since it was already unboxed, returning was not an option. Good thing my husband is good with power tools. He made me replacement parts. Product should be better packaged so to not damage parts in transit.

Came in 100 pieces, took forever to assemble, and the particle board was crumbling during assembly. The drawers had uneven gaps in between, finish was chipped and stained. Not worth the price. When you put shoes any larger than flip flops, the drawers don't close entirely
