I am very satisfied with the Nolen faucet recently installed. It has an elegant look to it and is working great. If purchasing accessories to match, keep in mind that it is stainless steel but is on the satin side. It does seem large but then I was coming from a very outdated faucet.

Satisfied with the purchase. A bit pricey but wanted to match up to Kraus faucet.

Replaced my old faucet and sprayer with a new all in one, didn't want to leave the old sprayer house hole empty so I put in a soap dispenser. Really convenient and easy to install.

First one stopped working, bought another, second one stopped working (pump but nothing comes out), cleaning or fixing it, won't work, I guess I should by 10 and hope thats enough to last my life time.

Pump looks nice with my new countertop, Kraus sink and Kraus faucet. Plumber installed faucet and pump. But, filling it from the top is ridiculous. We use softsoap. The fill neck is small it creates a vacuum when pouring and it takes forever. Trying going slow then used a funnel then poured a small amount and used a straw to break the vacuum. And to clean up the mess casued by the overflow. Never thought I would need directions on how to pour things. Is there a secret? Like the design. Hope it lasts longer than some of the other reviewers experienced. Rated it a two because of the fact that it is a pain to fill. If the filling of were better I would give it a 5. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Purchsed this dispenser in October 2023. Does it work? Yes, it pumps disk soap efficiently. But the plating on the end of the spout has worn off, revealing what looks like white plastic. So even though the dispenser still functions, I will need to replace it. Since the finish only lasted a year (if that), I will have to look for another brand that has an extra long spout like this one.

Unfortunately, the plastic connection between the soap uptake straw and the pump broke after a single use right after install. Reaching out to Kraus for warranty replacement.

Dispenser quit working after 1-1/2 years. For such a very nice looking dispenser (quality chrome finish) it is such a shame that they would use such an inferior pump mechanism. Very disappointed & would not recommend.
