Exactly what I expected. Perfect for young boys to romp around in the snow. They cinch at the top and also adjust at the ankle for support. They have a warm lining throughout and are weatherproof to keep their little feet dry. Just bought them for Christmas so I cannot testify to how long they'll hold up but from my perspective they look sturdy enough to make it through this season.

Ordered TODDLER sz 8.boots. They are at least an inch longer than other TODDLERS sz 8 I already have. Was disappointed for that reason. My granddaughter loves the boots but maybe they'll be ok with thick socks. There is 5 mo. if Winter left for feet to grow.

This boot is not sold by Walmart it's sold by a third party through Walmart they shipped my boots to TX and I stay in MN it's been over 3 days and they are not reaching to refund me or fix this issue
