The sizing chart was accurate for me (I went off my pants size) and the large fit just right. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looking at the product, I completely expected it to be very bulky and show under my pants but the length of the absorbent pad, which is roughly the size of a size 5 baby diaper, keeps it pretty flat against the body. The sizing is ok- I'm a 22 pants and this size just fit but I would not want the next larger size because the exact fit of the elastic part held the whole thing well in place against my body so the padding didn't show. It would be nice if the manufacturer put something on the package to indicate the liquid capacity these can hold, rather than just the sizing. I did pour about 18 oz of water into it and it held it well. The dry shield is very helpful for comfort. I also like that they have odor block. The elastic material is very soft and comfortable to wear. Nice, neutral color. One thing that surprised me was the “ingredient” panel. Could not believe how long the list was for what went in to making these. Pull tab to open doesn't work well. I would suggest just pulling open the top rather than using the side finger hole tabs.

There's no odors whenever I wear it. I was very surprised at how much fluid it holds up. I typically wear it about five hours to six hours at the most. It's very great for urinary inconsistence and for full blown accidents. The fluid stays in the underwear when I'm taking it off so it's mess free. I feel more confident going about my day when wearing these. I don't have to be embarrassed when moving around when having an accident. Overall, these are the best. They're so very helpful!

I could have maybe used a smaller size but I feel a smaller size would have been too tight. They bunched up some around the waist. Not sure if this was due to being to big of a size. They fit otherwise. The material is not as comfortable as other brands. They did seem to absorb well though.

I'm glad that I decided to size up because otherwise they would not have fit me. I wear a size 8 and usually wear mediums or smalls, but this large feels like a medium fit. As you can see from the picture, they are extremely high waisted. They stretched all the way up to my breasts. I have to fold the band over in order for them to even feel comfortable. They are absorbent, but the width of the pad inside is so bulky that it makes them uncomfortable to wear. If you're looking to try these, definitely size up. If you can't stand having things high up on your waist, you will need to fold the waistband over. I would not recommend these simply because the size chart is off and the bulkiness is uncomfortable.
