Nice thick pile, feels good on your feet. Should work well in a higher traffic area with a darker color background. Good idea to order a pad for underneath, as it may slide on a hardwood floor. When you bend the corner back (a way of testing knots per inch quality), you can see a little of the backing but not much. A benjamin for a 4'x6' is a good price, since it should last for a while with proper care. The only issue I had was the delay in the shipping time. No biggie, less than a week.

Wool is coming off! I ordered it for my baby's room every time we sit all our clothes are covered with wool from the rug! I tried to vacuum and clean it several times, it has been a month since I purchased, but still wool is coming off! waste of money!
