Disappointment

I ordered a set of 12. I received 1 handle. I requested that I receive 11 more handles. I have yet to receive them. If this is the businesses error, then I would not do business with them if I was Walmart. I sure wish that Walmart would back me up and retrieve my handles or provide a refund.
