I replaced the factory Bose system (single-DIN Tuner and single-DIN cassette) on my 1999 Miata with a double-DIN Kenwood DDX573BH DVD receiver. I only needed the Tuner harness and the removal tools..... I did not need use the plastic frame or rear speaker harness included in this kit. I believe I could have ordered the Tuner Harness and Removal tools for less than $10, rather than the $25 I spent on this kit. Both of the components I used worked fine. I tried to assemble the plastic frame, but it doesn't fit together well.
