I am so pleased with the final product I received in the mail. Art to Frame is a great company to work with in personalizing your cherished photos. Their prices are also quite competitive to other options on the market and completed in a timely fashion. I will definitely use them again and again.

I order this frame to replace a frame that broke. I wasn't sure I could find a frame that was 27 x 19, and this is not a common size. But Art to Frame can make literally any size. It arrived quickly and was exactly true to size; and the color is even nicer than my old frame.

I have been dealing with Art to Frame for many years and have always been conpletely happy with the frames and most of all the employees who work there, they are always helpful. I am sorry that I could not upload any photos because I am 81 yrs. old and don't know how to do that.

Customer service is great, quick ship time, and they could easily hold a masterclass in packing to protect what's being shipped. Cannot recommend Art to Frames enough!

Great poster and long wanted, but its size was challenging. I spent hours comparison shopping. The website had accurate and informative details. Art to Frame had the perfect size at a good price, and the frame arrived quickly and safely. Bonus with a white backboard.

I glued a beautiful Thomas Kinkade non-traditional-sized jigsaw puzzle and made a custom frame on this site. Gifted it to my daughter-in-law. It came out beautiful and she was so touched she cried.

I recently purchased several frames for gifts. When I received them one was damaged and two were the wrong size ( my fault, not theirs). I called and spoke to Mary who was so helpful. She issued me a credit for the damaged frame and helped me with returning the others for a replacement. Now I'm ordering several more frames.

The frame is very pretty. Our delivery was terrible! The box was left leaning against the garage door in the snow, so the bottom of the box was soaking wet, and when I opened the garage door, the box fell into the garage. Luckily, this did not break the frame. What happened to delivering to our front door? Our past deliveries have been done very well.

Your system reset my address to the wrong city and zipcode. I know I entered it correctly on my end because I always triple check since the house is near the county line and has a mailing address different from the physical one, trying to mail to the physical address never works. Unfortunately that is the address your system set it to after the order was placed under the correct one. When I wrote your customer service to fix the issue they were very curt with me and offered no means for a solution or reimbursement for your mistake. I have ordered frames from your company many times but may refrain from doing so again after this.
