Although I did not check the measurements, based on the photo of it hanging off the door, I thought it would be a decent size. It was smaller than I expected, slightly smaller than a 9" dinner plate. It is thin particle board, so I am not sure how it will stand up to wind and rain. However, the colors are vibrant and it was very easy string it up. It will probably do best indoors or under a covered porch.

I was not impressed with the fact that the chain was not able to connect to the item and we had to find a way to affix it ourselves

Very cheap looking and arrived too late.
