Good seller, bad product description.

No question the quality of the product is excellent. I ordered the product because I'd been having difficulty finding a 20 oz flat bottom mug to use with my cup warmer. It took several weeks to arrive, but upon removing it from its packaging, I saw that it was 12 oz, not 20 oz. I contacted the seller and a refund was issued immediately. Now... back to square 1.
