I have used Psyllium fiber for years. I like this much better being organic. I just mix it in water with a splash of orange juice.

Pleasant taste, and reasonably price. Tried others out there but so far very effective, without the impending urgency, everything is naturally occurring and it should be. Key, water is required to move it through.
