it helps my dry eye. it feels good to use on my eyes. i just wish it was a little wider. all in all, i am pleased with my purchase and have recommended it to a friend

Excellent for anyone with dry eye. I use mine every day and take it with me when I travel.

My optometrist recommended this to help with my dry eyes. I was pretty skeptical, but I do believe I was wrong. I've been using this twice a day 5 days a week and once a day the other two. I use the medium heat setting and 13 minutes on the timer. First of all, it makes my eyes feel amazing after I take it off. Second, I am using my eye drops less - so it appears to be working. I'd recommend it for sure.

When my eyes hurt or burn, I put the mask on. My eyes feel so good after 10 minutes.

one side stop working

The mask stopped hearing after week, using it twice a day for fifteen minutes. I wrote to the email address listed on the instructions but received no reply regarding sending a replacement.

These masks are padded but that makes them bulky. This causes them to put pressure on your eyeballs. That's not a good thing. Masks should be larger to cover area better without pressing on your eyeballs.
