item appears well made HOWEVER description is WILDLY INNACURATE!! IT IS *NOT* "HEATED ~ not even a reflective surface inside to reflect pets own body heat (self-warming). it took an inirdinate amount of time to arrive (which may have been caused by winter weather delays) but transit scans were VERY vague ~ only every several DAYS and only showed " in transit"... NEVER INDICATING WHERE THEY WERE! WALmart should caution 3rd-party sellers to offer ACCURATE DESCRIPTION INFO ~ THIS WAS NOT A "MISTAKE" IT WAS A CLEAR ATTEMPT TO DECEIVE. item as received was overpriced (at ~ $16). better price point would hsve been about $10. it was such a hassle to arrive i will keep this one, but would seriously think twice before ordering from this seller again.

the look of the item was fine the little bed that goes inside was too thin needs more padding. if they had not been on sale I would have sent them back. if the item goes on sale again I would recommend buying it if you need a small cat house or a very small dog house but do not pay full price for these

this is big enough for 2 small kittens not 1 big fat black kitty. also, the pad isnt furry its lumpy cotton filled thin material that doesnt even block the hardness of the floor.
