I ordered 7 cardigans size 3xl, they r to tight on the sleeves and they 4un small

I ordered one size larger than I normally wear in order to accommodate me wearing it over clothes. When package arrived this sweater was so small. I couldn't even wear it as just a top. I had to give it away. I was very disappointed that the size is definitely not true to form

Sizing is off by at least 2 sizes too small.

This arrived and appears to be a child's size large.

I really wanted this sweater. I ordered a size 3X. The package said 3X, but the sweater was a size 10. Since it was a low price, I will just donate it. I was very disappointed.
