Normally Id buy Yuban, because I live a nice strong cup of coffee. I drink at least 2 pots daily. This blend is very good.

I love this coffee's rich flavor. I do not want to be able to see through my coffee. I like it rich, dark, intense, flavorful and this fits the bill. I'm upset that they have reduced the size of the container from 30.6 ounces to 26.7 ounces for the same price. A reduction of 12.5% is a huge increase in cost from one purchase to the next. Not a happy camper! I've got a call in the query as I write this review. Hopefully an outspoken review of this matter will get their attention and it will quickly be addressed.

I have tried all of the other coffee brands availabe--for Maxwell House French Roast Medium blend is the best. It tastes like real coffee. It it the best in my opinion.

I have nothing but great things to say about this coffee, its full, flavorful and keeps the promise of its name. Anyone that has coffee at my home asks what kind it is, however...I am so sad as of lately I can no longer find it at my local Walmart and it seems no other stores in my area carry it either? Whatttt? Why?? Please tell me you have not stopped making the best coffee ever?!!!

Commercial ground coffees are generally tolerable at best, better than no coffee at all. This new Intense Bold is a wonderful exception! It is delightfully rich without going to bitter. It has a full, rich flavor that starts my day in a most delightful way. Thanx, Maxwell House!!

I do think this is a very smooth coffee (the french roast medium dark) but I think all coffee is way overpriced. This is the best deal though from Wal-mart. Will order again as shipping was only 97 cents.

As a life long coffee drinker I was really disappointed by this coffee. I don't add anything to my coffee so I get just the coffee. This batch tastes and smells like it was left roasting way to long or was done a to high a temperature, burnt is all I get from it. Now I am not a Maxwell house drinker as a rule and just bought this on a whim, but I always drink the darker roast as a rule, dark roast is not something new to me. I don't know if this what you all were trying for or some one dropped the ball, but not happy with this one at all. Just my humble opinion, good luck in the future and I do like your other blends that I have drank over the years.
