Super grateful for this product. I tried a couple different meds for anxiety, but they made it worse/ had terrible side effects for me. I began my journey of eating healthier, dedicating myself to more consistent exercise, and drinking more water as coping mechanisms. But sometimes, you just need more help ya know? Sometimes, you still feel the stress of life and need something to calm your mind. I tried Anxie-T and I've been pleasantly surprised at how it has helped me. I'm super erratic when it comes to taking anything consistently, so this is a great option for me. I have been trying to take it daily (in which, I see the best results when I take it daily) - but if I am ever feeling particularly stressed on a certain day, or I can't get my mind to chill so that I can sleep, I take Anxie-T.
