My acne has gotten to a point where it was embarrassing, my aunt got time this product which I had similarly before (citrus wash) and it had dried my face out badly, but this time around I got the pomagrante oil free moisturizer and applied it after washing and WOW THEY WORK GREAT TOGTHER! I keep seeing the negative comments about drying your face out! Moisturize after to replinish what the wash helps strip from your pores! This product is great when used correctly and I recommend to all my friends!!

This acne cleaner helps clear most of my acne. I usually use the cleanser in the shower for my face every night. I noticed that when I use this product in the shower, it does not clear as much acne as when I wash my face with a wash clothe over the sink. I have dry skin so i put I "cera ve" on my face when I'm done cleaning my face. Overall I would reccomend this product for people who have a small amount of acne on there face.

This product is awful! Before i was using Proactiv, which did a pretty good job but its so expensive so i decided to find a new product. At first I only had a few bumps here and there and the Grapefruit Cleansing Wash worked great the first 3 days(plus it smells great), but i started to notice i began breaking out more and more. Like numerous small red bumps EVERYWHERE! The product is not good and I've decided to go back to using proactiv despite the cost

....for the first time ever, and I am sooo excited to see what it can do for my skin! I have heard and read nothing but good things about it, and I really think that it can make a great difference in the way my skin looks and feels! I was so stoked about it, that I just had to write a review tonight, after only using it once! My skin feels very soft, fresh, and renewed after using it tonight. I have high hopes and great expectations about this product and the impact, hopefully positive, that it will make on my skin. If my acne clears up, and after the product has had time to work effectively, I will DEFINITELY write a second, more elaborate review on this product telling everyone how amazing and superb it is! It sure does smell delicious! My bathroom smells so fruity and scrumptious after washing my face with this :) As I said, I will return with a better, more helpful review once it has had a good amount of time to actually kick in and make a difference in my skin. I've had wonderful experiences with neutrogena products until today. I actually purchased this product elsewhere but feel the need to inform everyone about the terrible reaction this gave me. The morning after using it my face got very swollen (specially around my eyes) and I originally thought it was allergies but it was actually this face wash. I also developed little blisters around my mouth area. After doing research, I discovered my reaction was not as bad as other people's and that's probably because I was late on my weekly exfoliation so it started peeling my dead skin rather than burning me. Be very careful guys!

I have used this product for several years now and I absolutely love it! I don't use any other facial cleanser, I use it before bed and first thing in the morning and it leaves my face feeling fresh and revived and helps get rid of pesky blackheads and other blemishes.

This cleanser is amazing! I have very oily skin and I used to get lots of small bumps on my forehead and painful acne around my chin and jawline. Once I started using this, it COMPLETELY cleared my complexion. I've been using this for about six months now and my skin has been SO clear ever since. I will say that after using my face does feel a bit tight and dry. But this is minor compared to all the positives of this cleanser and can be easily fixed by applying some moisturizer after using. I can't speak for all skin types, but if you have oily, acne-prone skin, give this cleanser a try! I'm so glad I did! Despite how oily my skin is, my skin STAYS clear! The 2% salicylic acid in this cleanser really works magic!

Bought and used Friday. Saturday I woke up my eye was a little itchy and i didn't think anything of it. I used again Saturday and Sunday I woke up my whole face was swollen. I've used Neutrogena products before so it was a bit surprising. It's been 4 days the swelling has gone down but I now have dry patches on my face. Needless to say, I will never use this product again.

I've literally been using this product a day and already my face is starting to clear. I love this face wash, and it smells great, even though it dries my skin straight away, that is the whole point as it will dry the acne up! As long as I moisturise afterwards I'm fine. My spots are reducing and they're less noticeable..I'm happy with this product and hopefully it will work to help reduce even more of my acne in the future!

I really wanted this product to work. I really did, but the results were really bad and painful. I already use the body wash from this line and absolutely love it so I wanted to try the face wash. The day after I used it, I woke up with little bumps on the lower part of my face, including my lips. I had white bumps on my chin. My face was very dry and itchy to the point that it hurt. Even the heaviest moisturizer wouldn't help. I thought it would passover the more I used it so I continued to use it. Days later, I have more little bumps and my face, which used to be smooth, now feels like sandpaper. I couldn't stick to my trial period for the product because my face is in unbearable pain. Even 2 days after I discontinued it, my face is still in pain and burning. The white bumps are gone but my mouth area, lips, and chin still have little bumps, feels like sandpaper, and is painful. Sadly this product is terrible.I regret buying this product because my face hurts and is ruined. I don't know how long this reaction will last for. I really had high hopes for it, but it was so disappointing.
