Do not take more than directed unless advised by your doctor. The bottle top is a measuring cap marked to contain 17 grams of powder when filled to the indicated line (white section in cap). Adults and children 17 years of age and older: fill to top of white section in cap which is marked to indicate the correct dose (17g). Stir and dissolve in any 4 to 8 ounces of beverage (cold, hot or room temperature) then drink. Use once a day. Use no more than 7 days. Children 16 years of age or under: ask a doctor.

Useful for many situations - flavorless
Multiple family members are using this for different things. One is using it because pain pills after surgery causes constipation... this helps after a day or so. One is using it due to frequent loose stools and takes it daily with moderate relief. One is using it for celiac disease as needed and finds it helpful. So this is a useful product. It is not to be used long term according to the package, so that should be considered. A doc has allowed it longer term for one of the folks here with no problems so far. It is easy to mix in water with virtually no flavor. We have slowly built up to the regular dose in some cases but in the case of constipation due to pain pills, just jumped in to the full dose. No side effects so far for any. Hope this is useful info.
