There is not a canned vegetable/seed/bean ever sold. Absolutely delicious, easy to digest and nothing better with some long grain brown rice and a drizzle of olive oil. Wonderful to run into this product. I used to buy a case of them when they were cheap. Easy, healthy with a grain is a perfect hot meal.
