Instructions
For every 2 servings, use 1 cup of rice and 1 cup of water. Stove: Add water and rice to a saucepan. Add oil if desired. Boil water, reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove rice from heat. Fluff with a fork before serving. Microwave: Place water and rice in a microwave-safe bowl. Add oil if desired. Cover. Microwave on HIGH (7 minutes for 2 servings, 11 minutes for 4 servings, and 15 minutes for 6 servings). Wait 5 minutes or until water is absorbed, then fluff with a fork. Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate.

Great Instant Brown Rice!
This rice takes a little longer than Minute Instant White Rice to prepare (10 minutes instead of 5), but it's still fast, and the brown rice is so much better. Better: for you, and better consistency and taste. It does not get mushy like the white rice, even after you store leftovers in the fridge.
