I ordered the bikes for pick up at the store. After delivery to the store, it took one week for them to be assembled. Greg in the pick up center was very helpful in loading both bikes for me. Before riding the bikes we had to tighten and adjust everything.

READ THIS if you plan to Site to Store a bike!
The first bike I ordered site to store was not in great shape with scratches and a cracked pedal. The manager was very helpful and polite and I returned this bike within 10 minutes. Ordered a 2nd bike and it arrived 3 days later. It was supposed to be put together in the store and wasn't. :( So we decided to take it home and put it together. Well as we were taking the pieces out of the box, there were some pieces dented/scratched (the basket and cup holder). The rest of the bike, after putting it together, is a GREAT bike! It's VERY comfortable and the style is SO cute :) The end result is a positive one, but it took a while to get there. (NOTE~ I will be contacting Huffy Customer Service next week to see about a new basket and cup holder.)
