The shower head is built rugged
I am handicapped so it makes it hard to shower but with this I can shower, place it on stand by, bath and then back on to finish. This last one has got me through 3 years or more. My wife, the grandkids and I have used it and abused this thing and it is just starting to have small problems. So Thanks For Carrying A Quality Product For A Great Price!! Being able to have it shipped directly to the house was wonderful.
