The Design House 775338 Scroll 2-Way Latch Dummy Door Handle is mounted without a latch and does not turn like traditional door knobs. Finished in polished brass and designed for left or right hand doors, this handle has 2-holes in its 2-5/8-inch (T) plate for mounting to French doors or doors with a ball catch mechanism. This dummy handle has a scroll design with a handle that curves. The handle extends 1-7/8-inch outward and fits the two most common backsets in the U.S. (2-3/4-inch and 2-3/8-inch). This product is ANSI Grade-3 certified, which means this handle is rated for residential security.
