changed reinforcment in wheel

Used these for years at my workplace and liked them until the reinforcement fibers inside were reduced. If you look closely at the new wheel compared to an older one you can see the little reinforcement fibers are further apart,There are now half the amount of fibers holding these together so now they fly apart while using. The picture on this website is of the old style. Very dangerous to use. Extreme caution should be used if using these.
