These are not powder coated chairs they have been painted black with a brush and a can of paint,they were scratched and dented all over and the paint is gone from them they were rusty straight out of the box ,the details said they were rust resistant which they're not the price of 308.00 is to much for a 40.00 chair dollar store quality.really disappointed I thought these were quality chairs. Not as Advertised?
