FLAT! and cant return

FLAT! back cushions wont stay up like photos. and tried multiple attempts to return to the store as its stated on listing (confirmed this with 1800 walmart too) but everytime walmart tried to scan any of the new return codes it wont work. costumer service said they cant refund my money and they have someone with more power email me about it within 24hrs, this was Saturday and its Tuesday still no email.
