Fits in tight spaces, which was required for my needs. The downside is the length would be too short for many, unless sleep with knees bent. Anyone taller than 5'5" will probably find this too short. Border between cushions of backrest lifting section and rest of the bed makes it uncomfortable for side sleepers so one would need to either lay thick sheets to cover it up, put a thin topper on the backrest section to make it level with the rest of the bed or sleep with feet towards the backrest to get around this issue. If there would have been an option for sturdier legs with twice the height then this would have fit my needs even better, where it needed to clear some obstacles on the floor that run between them. Also a bit too narrow for sleeping, with arms constantly hanging over the edge. A slightly wider option would make this better. Padding and firmness seems good at first use, especially if buying on a budget, as the more expensive faux leather, especially polyurethane version wouldn't last long, even if it's easier to clean than fabric. Real leather would be best but would probably be out of reach financially for those on a budget. The marginally more expensive velvet material model, which is available in more types of colours, with fancier plated legs, would likely be a better option, for those who are willing to pay more. A review one year into usage may produce a lower rated score, depending on how durable it turns out to be, especially the plastic legs.
