Missing part impossible to get from manufacturer.

Beware; hundreds of pieces to assemble, but one missing part has made completing the greenhouse impossible. Manufacturer offered $19 and said the key part, which controls the door, was out of stock. We continue to negotiate to get the tooled part. It has been many weeks.
