Very Poor Design and material
Only thing I liked is the prompt refund and very good customer service folks at Walmart. Product is of very very poor quality. Way too much price for that. It probably is not worth anything, in my opinion. The Faux Leather is weak and could tear apart within days. The complete chair design is awful. When you sit on it, it leans forward and not sturdy. Walmart as in between organization is poorly structured. For any question they redirect to the 3rd party. I also use Amazon Prime and I have to tell you, Walmart has ways to go. People !! Please do not make customers run from pillar to post. I made so many calls to you to get my issues resolved, with delivery and with returns and refunds. I have not given up on Walmart yet. My hope is that it will get on par with Amazon. If not better.
