We have faced tremendous hardships with this particular order. Item %26 shopping box was damaged, It is difficult to set up and not compatible, Instructions and holes for screws are missing in the manual. Please provide me your official email id. This is a scam

I got this off of eBay recently, this is a total scam. It's the same seller too. This seller should be flag for scamming. No manual, parts missing, they wouldn't refund me, so eBay did it anyway. Even if you build it, this couch is unsafe cause it has no spring holding up the pillow cushion. It just have this thin rail that will sink threw if you sit down. It's unbelievable that they selling something like this, and getting away with it. Smh
