our experience with VITAXLhas been a total nightmare. packages not shipped ups not called to pickup. we called UPS to find out why they never called in the pickup. ehen the first item we picked up from UPS the bottom of the box was torn to pieces with broken parts falling out. the second box same item the bottom was torn up even more than the first. we dont know of any damage at this time till we fully open the box. but the boxes had absolutely have no protection around the product. wooden product just put in box and closed not packaging materials at all.
