vidaXL Chesterfield Corner Sofa 6-Seater White Faux Leather

I bought this couch for my daughter back in September for my daughter. They put it together, but it is missing the 5 pieces that go under the cushions, so you can sit on it. So she has a couch, you can’t sit on. The cushions fall through. I asked for help. I asked for the missing parts. All I get is a return email. This is a couch, you can’t even sit on. You will fall through, with the cushions. It doesn’t look defective, until you fall through because of the missing parts, they should have some sort of guarantee. This L shaped XL Vida couch is fraud!

I’ve just wasted $1200 for a piece of garbage. My $600 sofa was 1000 times more comfortable then this. Very very low quality materials.
