We purchased this set along with others in the same range. Everything arrived quickly and extremely well packaged with no breakages. Overall, the look and feel of the products are really high quality - we love the texture and colours of the designs and the fact that each item is unique. Everything has been through the dishwasher (except the big dinner plates as they don't fit, so we wash these by hand!) and so far they have washed very well. There were a couple of items that were not to the same standard as the others in the set and so we originally planned to return them, but because they are so big and heavy this was very expensive! So we contacted the seller and Abby who was dealing with this for us was extremely helpful and kind. We are keeping all the sets we purchased and hope we will enjoy them for many years to come.
