McCormick Kosher Poultry Seasoning, 0.65 oz Bottle

The poultry seasoning is a must-have in the kitchen! We cook about four times a week, and this has become our go-to for marinating meats. It adds such great flavor — savory, balanced, and delicious every time. Highly recommend keeping one in your pantry!

I took boneless, skinless chicken breasts - the workhorse of my kitchen - and rubbed them with olive oil before giving them a generous sprinkle of McCormick Poultry Seasoning. I also did add some pink Himalayan salt, as well as a touch of roasted garlic powder and onion powder for punch. Those beauties then went into a hot hot oven to roast and get delicious. My kitchen filled with a lovely, earthy fragrance thanks to the rosemary, sage and thyme, with the nutmeg and marjoram adding a note of warmth to it all. When the chicken was done and had rested for a few minutes, that garlic note was just slightly present, making it even more tempting. My family really enjoyed this, even though it was just a regular weeknight dinner with nothing but some corn niblets and green salad by the side. Definitely looking forward to playing around more with this blend especially with the holidays coming. I do recommend adding some salt on your own however, as it helps just spike those flavors home.
