Great results! Included recipes are very good!

The frozen desserts we made with this so far were above our expectations. We made 3 kinds of ice cream and a sorbet, and all were excellent. It is better to freeze them a bit after removing them from the machine, as they may be a little soft (especially the sorbet), but after a few hours in the freezer, the result is fantastic!

Another terrific Cuisinart product that makes premiere ice cream, sorbet, sherbet and frozen yogurt. Easy to use, quick and no mess. Quite an upgrade from the old hand crank wooden bucket packed with ice and salt!
