Easy to fill and works Great!
We're remodeling / rebuilding a home right now and I have used this on every drywall, backer board and plywood sheet we've had to cut over the last few months. This thing has been hit and dropped off ladders and decks and it's holding true, in fact other then some dust and light marks it's barely showing any wear even though the poor thing takes a almost daily beating. The clutch feature to pull out the string just by pushing the handle down is very nice and this thing is very easy to fill. I don't know why the other "Advanced DIYer" reviewer is acting like they have to figure out the Da Vinci Code to fill it and went as far to pry it apart but that is 100% user error. As soon as I looked at it I immediately knew the string cap simply turns and pops off, even had my 11 year old daughter fill it for me once and I didn't have to tell her how she just figured it out on her own quickly. This is a simple, reliable and a very handy tool to have with you tool collection.

No instructions to refill this item
Not happy with no refill instructions. plenty of marketing material on packaging. Surprise how do you fill it. I managed to pry the top open and most likely broke this piece of garbage. it was a twist off cap on top, unlike their old easy refills. I looked at the 5 screws holding this together and figured that was not the way. but no directions made this even more frustrating. simple enough, but your company assumed we knew how to refill.
